How long should I wear the device for?
Neupulse was designed to fit into your everyday routine, so there is no strict rule on how long you need to wear it. Some participants said they would use it during specific moments they find stressful, while others would prefer to wear it throughout the day. It is really whatever works best for you!
What happens if I don't want to answer some of the questions in the follow up calls?
What happens if I don't want to answer some of the questions in the follow up calls?
This is absolutely fine. All the questions we ask during the follow-up calls are completely optional and if answering one makes you feel uncomfortable then we can easily skip to the next question. Any feedback you provide us with is extremely valuable.
Can I still take part if I don't want to have my camera on for the calls?
Can I still take part if I don't want to have my camera on for the calls?
This is not a problem at all. We only ask if you can turn your camera on to say hello and after that you can have your camera off for the remainder of the call. We are just grateful that you will be attending calls in the first place so we will try our best to support your needs and make the controlled launch a comfortable experience for you.
Can I still take part if I can't attend one of the calls?
Can I still take part if I can't attend one of the calls?
This is not an issue. Any feedback provided is great so we would rather that you attend one call if you are able to then drop out of the controlled launch all together. If you can attend only one of the calls, we would be grateful if you could let us know via email: research@neupulse.co.uk.
