Your child shouldn't need to use their phone to control the device during the school day. The device can be set up at home using the app and then stimulation can be turned on and off using the device button.

Your child should be in control of their device and it should not be operated by teachers. The teacher should be aware that the child may need access to their phone if the device needs to be adjusted using the app.

Replacing the device after PE or swimming lessons and disposing of the packaging for the gel pads are times where your child may need guidance from an adult during these activities. The teacher in the room should be aware of your child using their device incase any assistance is needed.

During intense physical activity and games sessions, and near water or during swimming lessons, are both not suitable times to wear the device. Your child needs to be aware of these restrictions and should remove their device.
