We want to share an important update on the Neupulse device and how we’re moving forward.
As many of you know, we’ve been progressing through our planned medical device regulatory pathway. The aim was to complete this before launch, but we’ve hit a bottleneck in the process that has impacted our original timeline.
Our goal has always been to get the Neupulse device into people’s hands as quickly as possible and we’re still committed to achieving that target.
Our new approach for the release of our device
To keep moving forward, we’ve made the decision to release a device focused on wellness use first, while continuing the medical device regulatory approval process in parallel.
This approach allows us to begin delivering the benefits of the technology sooner, rather than delaying access while regulatory work continues.
It’s important to be clear about what this means:
The same core technology - The wellness device is built on the same underlying technology as the device progressing through medical device regulatory approval.
No compromise on safety or quality - The device meets the same appropriate standards and quality requirements. We’re committed to delivering a safe and high-quality device.
A different starting point - What’s changing is how the device is introduced at this stage. We still plan to start our phased UK launch in June 2026 and our long-term goals remain the same.
Our long-term direction
Our plans to release a medical device remain unchanged. We are continuing to pursue medical regulatory approval, and this remains a core part of our future. Launching a wellness product allows us to take a meaningful step forward now, while continuing that work in parallel.
Why we’re taking this approach
Regulatory timelines for medical devices can be unpredictable. Rather than waiting, we’ve chosen a path that allows us to:
- Put the device into people's hands sooner
- Enable people to benefit from our technology earlier
- Continue progressing responsibly towards regulatory approval
