How do I delete my Neutrack C account?
How do I delete my Neutrack C account?
You can permanently delete your Neutrack C account by submitting an Account Deletion Request through our dedicated Account Deletion page.
After submitting your request, we will verify your account ownership and process the deletion request. Account deletion requests are typically completed within 5-10 business days.
Once processed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law or regulatory obligations.

we have not conducted any research on individuals below that age.

The device should not be used with people with epilepsy or other seizures. The cause
of seizures remains unknown and MNS may trigger a seizure. Unfortunately we are not able to conduct research on individuals with these types of conditions.

The wellness device is based on the same technology as the medical device. What’s changing is its use, which at this stage is designed to support calm and relaxation.

Our long-term direction remains the same and we are continuing our regulatory pathway. At this stage, the device will be available as a wellness product while that work continues.

That’s completely understandable. You can choose to cancel your pre-order and request a full refund at any time prior to your pre-order being dispatched.

No, the price will remain the same. The wellness device is based on the same technology and design as the medical device, as well as sharing the same level of rigorous quality testing.
