Delivery Policy

Pre-Order Status

This product is currently available to pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your device ahead of its official launch. This means that your order will be processed and dispatched once the product is released and available for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery dates for pre-order products have not yet been finalised. We will confirm the estimated dispatch and delivery dates as soon as they are available. Customers will be notified by email once a confirmed delivery window has been set.

We aim to keep you updated throughout the process and will provide regular updates on production and shipping progress.

Dispatch & Shipping

Once available, all orders will be dispatched using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Full delivery details - including estimated delivery timeframes, courier information, and any applicable shipping fees - will be published prior to dispatch and communicated to all pre-order customers.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address before your order is dispatched, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made prior to shipping confirmation.

Split Shipments

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately so you can receive available items sooner. 

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, pre-order timelines can be affected by factors outside our control such as manufacturing schedules, quality assurance processes, or logistics delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to provide an updated timeframe or the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
